More Information
Staff and Student Responsibilities

The Faculty of Arts office has a small team who provide authoritative advice and guidance on matters affecting your program of study.  Assistance is available for queries in regard to credit, exchange studies, cross-institutional studies and other matters affecting your progression through the program.  We have lots of useful information for these, and other, issues on the BCreative Arts microsite so check there first - it may result in your questions being answered immediately rather than having to wait for a suitable appointment time.  In particular, our checklist for majors and graduations checklists are very useful and we will always refer you there first if your query is to check that you are on track to graduate.

Should you require personal or careers counselling, please contact the University's Student Services.

Staff at the Student Centre can assist you with a range of administrative issues associated with your enrolment at UQ.  For example, you can talk to their Client Service Officers if you have queries about exams, fees, student cards, academic transcripts, graduations, admissions and other administrative matters.

Another great resource is the myAdvisor website and you can find lots of useful information on that site.

If you do make an appointment it is helpful if you familiarise yourself with the Staff/Student Responsibilities before you attend the appointment.
