 Continuing Education

The Faculty of Arts delivers a high standard of continuing education and training. We are recognised as leaders in the education of Languages and the Humanities because we convey complex concepts with clarity and understanding.

·          The Institute of Modern Languages (IML) offers a wide range of language-related services to suit most individual or corporate needs. Whether you need a individual tuition with a tutor or need to provide your staff with some cultural hints before sending them overseas, the IML can tailor a course - short or long, intensive or not, around the Brisbane CBD.

·          Through the Community Access Program (CAP) you have the opportunity to enrol in individual courses without undertaking a whole degree and without the need to apply through QTAC.  CAP gives you the opportunity to draw on the considerable resources of The University of Queensland while experiencing the richness of university life. You will have the option of studying as an "assessed student" or a "non-assessed" student. Whichever option you choose, you will attend the same classes as degree students and will be taught by University of Queensland staff, many of whom are world leaders in their fields.
Our excellence in corporate education means that you will be equipped with the benefits of a world–class curriculum and cutting–edge facilities.
